      Thanks for calling out some of the benefits we offer our Field Sales Representatives. We offer 3-4 weeks paid training to all new employees, but are always looking to adapt to our employee needs. Your success is our #1 priority.

      Pros

      Pay is decent, especially if you are driving a lot of miles every week.

      Cons

      Was averaging 2-250 miles a day, sometimes 300+. Wears your car out fast and they barely give you any down time days for repairs now. Micromanagement went from zero to slowly getting worse and worse. Absenteeism rules are ridiculous now. Sales heavy now as well
