Micromanagement and politics are everywhere in the company. The management does not care about the employees' development and career path; instead they involve the staff in their polics war and only promote those who are on their side. All the key developers left and many want to leave. They make no attempt to develop a strong technical base, and just want to keep obedient people. Salary adjustment is just another thing. They gave everyone an average of less than 10% payrise (some less than 1% which is what the hell), no exception for people with high performance.

Supportive career development path. Management is good at leadership, caring and listening. Proper Scrum apply that ensures very little overtime work. Many recreational activities. People are friendly and well-connected.

There is no characterized culture and core values, therefore it creates difficulties for employee to envision the company's direction and competencies. Technology trend update and revise is not focused seriously, there is no regular and good quality training setup, and as a result, people are less engaged long time due to the lack of these activities.
