Pros
I have worked for At Home Healthcare for many years in an administrative role. I love the company! More than that I love the people that make up the company. It truly does feel like a family to me. I'm proud of the work that we do for our patients and clients and that we have been a part of the communities that we serve.
Cons
Changes in healthcare can be challenging and outside of the control of management. The company must adapt to regulatory changes as effectively as possible. This is not always popular.
