Pros
Some people that I worked with. There was a time where Atlink cared about its employees and its customers. Now they are just negative dollar signs.
Cons
Says to keep it real and this is what i have witnessed and/or is my opinion over the 9 years I worked there.
Typical call center environment, Everybody spreads your business and/or twists it for their needs (HR). Managers having inappropriate relationships with each other. Director of Customer Service literally over their head on what they are doing and heavily relies on people under them to teach them or do it for them. Manager of CSRs has no idea what they are doing and has others do their job for them. Manager of ATS wiggled their way into their position so they wouldn't have to do anything and never kept up with current trends of their dept. Wireless Networking Manager loves taking spam calls throughout the day, makes sexual advances towards the caller and includes a ton of explicit sexual details, all while on the clock and in front of his team members.
Pay is super low, although, maybe after the recent layoffs of ~20ish employees, they will fix their wage issues. Company with deep pockets takes over Atlink, yet there was always money issues for equipment, necessities around the office and its employees. Bad to borderline to even worse business practices for example - "strongly" urging the employees and their friends and family to give 5 star Google reviews.
