      Pros

      Good onboarding, they will take care of you since they need you. Competitive Salary.

      Cons

      Bad offboarding, since you're leaving, the processes seems to take longer than reasonable timeframe, clearance takes weeks to complete. Bad environment, you will drown with a lot of work and they will say it's because we're still new, they're not new, they're almost 5 years and processes should have already been established and standardized.

      Pros

      Pay was good, simple and fast sale, Tons of inbound. Too good to be true…

      Cons

      Little training or organization. As a new hire was able to do really well in a short period of time but was part of mass lay off 6 days before Christmas. Layoff was handled terribly. Still waiting to get reimbursed for shipping cost for returning company equipment. I regret applying here and it really screwed up my life. The leadership is both incompetent and cruel.
