Athenix is a forward-thinking company, and they really care about the customer's mission needs. They focus on making sure employees are supported and ready for whatever their next step or challenge may be which is something you don't find a lot these days.

Their total compensation package is very competitive and although the 401K is not as high as some other companies, the leave is generous and spot bonus awards are great!
