Pros
If you are looking to lose a couple pounds or get a daily workout, I guess this could be a good job for you.
Cons
The work-life balance is flat out disrespectful. I was told that I could be promoted into sales if I worked hard enough, but the shortest anyone has taken to get promoted is 3 years. There’s no POC in the sales department. They don’t pay overtime even though the typical work day is 10+ hours. Management blatantly disregards any personal needs outside of work.
