Pros
Lots of fun and engaging team building activities for FREE. Workout classes 2 X week, Toastmasters, weekly walking group, accountability club, etc. Plus the mission is worthwhile and the Food Bank provides a much needed service to the community.
Cons
The Food Bank is in a place of extreme change (re-org). Many people who have been there 20+ years are being forced out in undignified ways. The new CEO makes decisions without consulting lower staff whose livelihoods and work-life balance those decisions largely affects.
