Pros

Fascinating content. Great clients. Intellectually stimulating. Smart and driven team. Colleagues that enjoy challenging each other and the status quo. There's an incredible dedication internally to provide the best service and programs ... the common motivation for (most of) us is that what we do is for the patient. Small company with 'can-do' attitude enough to move mountains! Very niche market with enormous potential.

Cons

Big issues with senior management and technology. The downside of being a small company with such energy and large expectations of deliverables is over-promising to the client- a lack of understanding of internal resources, process and technology necessary to achieve those deliverables... meaning that those in charge of delivering and designing a project are constantly scrambling and working themselves flat.

Pros

Unique patient focused agency that offers a lot of growth opportunities. The agency is small, so if you are doing a good job, it is recognized, and the company will go out of their way to ensure you are happy in your role. Also is a remote role, and they are flexible with working hours which is great.

Cons

Some late nights due to client needs, but this is typical in the agency industry I think.

Pros

I freelanced for Atlantis several years ago as a copywriter and was hoping to join the agency ever since. I finally got the opportunity to join full time in 2023 and am 100% sure I made the right decision. The people, culture, and meaningful work we do combine to make this the most gratifying job I've had. Decades after graduating with degrees in psychology and English, I'm able to combine my passions into resources that truly help people living with chronic conditions to live their lives to the fullest.

Cons

Nothing I can think of!
