- no benefits, and when they will have then by end of 2013 its going to be very basic...
- job not full or part time, its on-call, so they say you will have overtime., but thats not guaranteed, the way i see it....... they are not serious employer if they can not guarantee job security to its employees...
- they dont want you to have second job, so you will be available anytime for them, well if i'm not getting enough hours..... i will need some job security, and benefits.....?!
- not paid for travel (to-from work), unless its 200 miles on-way... time clock starts when you get on site, you will definatelly have traffic, so you got to leave an hour or two earlier......
- tools your own, they only give you $50 a month for supplies..... its nothing....
- have to provide your own laptop, printer...
- when have training days only paid $13/hour..... so if you have to drive to Sacramento for training (from Bay Area) thats only gping to last an hour or two.... you will waist 5-6 hours (at least) and will only make $13 to $26 dollars that day....?! its not even enough for gas for that trip!!!
- no pay raises, only if you have some other special skills or licenses, and only then..... if they need those skills in that area..... otherwise you can have all the licenses you can get, but they will say that they done need these in your area..... you out of luck, or they will tell you that they will pay you more (just a little) only when you do those jobs....
- the biggest minus for company is that when i told them i cannot work due to personal issues, no one contact me for 5-days...... after which i was called (message) and told that they want me take of my issues and still work with them....... at that point i had enough of their unprofessionalism and how they took care of matter, and looked for other employment....
- oh, yeh...... they only pay $20/hour..... max $25...
