      Pros

      The paycheck always cleared the bank. Minimal travel required. Some people are allowed to work from home.

      Cons

      No paid training beyond minimal online books, management could care less about work conditions, no raises ever, no drive or process in place to improve the work process. HIGH employee turnover. No bonuses, not even a Christmas turkey.
