      Generous paid time off schedule, matching 401k, and flexible work place arrangements. Great coworkers to work with. Promise of bonus.

      Cons

      No longer hiring in the US, but bringing in IT workers from Mexico. Senior Management doesn't communicate with North American Operations at all.
