ATOS NAO - Anonymous employee Atos Employee Review

What we have been told is not what has happened. There seems to be two cultures at hand and they do not talk to each other. Does not seem to know their current employees and instead of promoting within they take the easier route of just hiring from outside so internally employees actually do not know of said opportunities while global messages are being sent out acting as if this takes place. This transition as well has been horrible. It took over a year just to get job titles. The transition from an IT company to a company that is know for its copiers was much better. From an IT company though one would expect a much better transition.
