Pros
Immediate superior is supportive but not from the higher management.
Cons
Direction is not cleared, local and global direction often different. Double standard in local management,only management can work from home but not applied to all employee. No trust and always suspicious of the subordinate.claim submitted on time but often get paid in 3-months time.
