      Pros

      Best work-life balance (7:30 AM to 4:30 PM). Pay scale is above the 90% of company in India. Subsidized food. Great transport facility with subsidized bus fare. Attrition is less (<7%).

      Cons

      No growth. NULL on-site. Least learning. Only maintenance project. Designation elevated but role remains the same. Company disown your career growth.
