Pros
1. Work - Life balance. 2. Senior Management is friendly in nature. 3. As far my concerns worked with good domain Healthcare, it is ever green, good scope of learning and most interesting field, MRI.
Cons
1. Onsite opportunities are very less, even if u got only for 1-2 weeks, if u r in healthcare. 2. Salary hikes are less, after i resigned from the job, there is sal standardization happened. 3. Customers always like to control the process, even being a senior engineer, they didn't listen your best practices or what so ever.
