Pros
Great place to work. Good place to learn and to create a personalized career path: multi cultural teams, extraordinary diversity of jobs/functions, and a lot of opportunities for proactive, flexible and mobile employees. Powerful group strategy with ambitious programs to change company's culture and positioning. Good point about work stability too (at least in France).
Cons
Lack of visibility and direction locally, due to middle management organization changes every year. Low turn-over, inequity in terms of salary/benefits, which come down to personal frustrations and to projects staffing aberrations. Complicated processes & procedures.
