Pros
Steady work hours, paid on time, reasonable job security. There was a good balance given to work/life, few issues with obtaining leave you were entitled to.
Cons
Management bent too much to client whims, which changed often. Atos employees were not provided enough guidance as to Atos' goals and overall plans. Job duties could change from week to week with no rhyme or reason, and without regard to your career path. Benefits are average. Salary is below average for this market.
