Pros
Great people in my local office and I set my own hours (within reason). There is an option to work remotely for most employees, unfortunately I am not one of them,
Cons
Low pay and little to no raises unless you are upper management or in sales. Communication is a joke because of a "no email" policy. I have on numerous occasions asked for training on key parts of my job and have NEVER received formal training of any kind. This company seems to go out of their way to ensure you will not succeed with them in any way.
