They know how to take care of employees even if it is a small gesture. They wont take harsh decisions that easily. there is liniency
Cons
see it all depends on the kind of team you get.. continuing the pros... there are incompetent managers and team leads.. one incompetent team lead can bring down the whole team and one incompetent manager can bring down entire project
