Pros
-there are a few good people who make working here bearable -the office is spacious
Cons
-employee welfare is really lacking -cannot bring forward annual leave to the next year -no work life balance -many people have left and no replacement hired so those left behind have to take on more work -must OT to work with colleagues in other timezones -salary is below market rate so don't even talk about bonus -HR
