      - Very family friendly - Flexible work time - Nice colleagues - Some Interesting projects - Good salary for freshman

      Cons

      - IT Infrastructure is bad, but they are trying to improve - Internal projects are managed very bad - No real technical challenges - No career path for technical employees, there is a career path for the business people, but also not a concret one - Salary does not increase very much
