Pros
The culture of the team I worked in was amazing, everyone was supportive and friendly. You weren't required or expected to work more than contracted and they provided so many opportunities for growth and development.
Cons
Sadly, due to the financial situation at Atos it became very difficult to receive a promotion/pay rise. I joined as a graduate developer and after 2 and a half years leading the development of a major project, despite scoring as high as I could on performance reviews, I could not get a promotion or pay increase.
