      Not strict with metrics, generous medical reimbursement, and providing technical assistance is easy

      Cons

      Everything feels urgent all the time, team leads make false promises, mandatory WFH often means forced overtime (and you're expected to be grateful for it), vacation leaves are frequently rejected, the workload is heavy, and attrition is very high
