There are hardly any positives in this company apart from the option to work from home. The work environment is highly biased, with clear favoritism towards individuals from specific castes and regions. There's a serious lack of diversity and inclusion. The HR department is ineffective and seems to function without any real authority—just acting on instructions from others. Management carries a lot of ego and attitude, and the company appears to be run like a family-owned setup, dominated by individuals from one regional background. Many leadership roles are filled without merit or proper qualifications, which leads to poor decision-making and internal politics. Overall, it’s a toxic environment where favoritism, lack of transparency, and unprofessionalism dominate. Would not recommend for those looking for a healthy and growth-oriented workplace.
