      Nothing good to say about this organisation

      Cons

      No proper hike, Salary. no gifts, joining kits. Laptops will not be provided, except desktop. Major one sandwich policy for holidays. No proper shift allowance. No guarantee in the company name (in the past 2 years they 2 names). Now they are calling as Eviden. No proper projects. Layoff percentage too high.

      Pros

      I enjoyed working with Atos while I was there. The management was great, although we were contracted through BSW, but it was still wonderful. They weren't micromanaging like some companies, and the pay was pretty good.

      Cons

      They did have a massive layoff while I worked there, sadly. I did get a "Welcome to Eviden" package, but never was signed on with their team.
