Attentive is a fast paced company that is constantly growing and innovating and the culture is fantastic. I have never been in such a collaborative environment. This environment allows everyone to move fast and learn even faster. The career growth is transparent and employee satisfaction is always top of mind here.
Cons
Because we are a fast paced company, priorities can change quickly so you have to be ready to adapt quickly if you come to work here, but this is honestly the only con I can think of.

- there is work to be done, so each project will teach you something (whether it be managing projects, tech, etc.)
- most peers are smart and nice to work with
- free lunch and snacks
Cons
- projects not very interesting. felt like some projects were brought up, then sometimes scrapped after you spent time on it due to some changing priorities
- seemed like peers did not want to be there and wanted out, but in a employer's market it's not easy
- felt like morale was low (seemed like someone was leaving every week)
