The integrity of the people and management team is real - integrity isn't just a word in the core values. The culture and team are very driven and supportive but integrity is at the core.

Cons

Everyone is driven and motivated to excel which can create a little work/life balance issue

Pros

I love working for Massage Envy under the Atticus Franchise Group. When they acquired the location where I was a Clinic Manager, they saw my potential and promoted me to District Manager within a year and a half. I’ve learned so much with Atticus—way more than in my previous eight years with a different franchisee. The support from everyone, from leadership to my coworkers, has been amazing. They believe in growth and give real opportunities to succeed. In a short time, I’ve made big progress, ranking #4 as a District Manager in my first year and #1 in my second. They keep pushing me to grow, and I’m grateful for it. I’m so glad I stayed with Massage Envy and Atticus. They truly care about their team, explain things clearly, and create a strong, supportive culture. It’s a great place to grow, both professionally and personally!

Cons

One thing I’m working on is finding balance when meeting deadlines. Atticus provides great support, but with so many opportunities for growth, I sometimes push myself too hard to get everything done. I’m learning to pace myself while still delivering great results.
