Pros

three days hybrid we work from home I don’t think there is anything else

This list you are literally long you are not treated like a person but you just a person sitting on a chair doing their work . you do not have any Managerial or Tram leader support with anything at all. the union also is dissatisfactory in their assistance to the employee lets face it “you are all alone”you’re alwaysmentally abused and micromanaged every step of the way .most interesting fact is that their HR team are well educated and wont let a staff go without a fight.i literally have ptsd now with them

Good hours, easy commute (to central city office), nice building, fair supervision and good upper level management

Hot desking, opaque management decisions, politics in middle management

- CX cares about their jobs and very competent - Real tangible impact on the world

Cons

- BT had bad leadership and a bad culture - though most of those people are gone now
