Almost in every group the stooges of the big bosses run the show and they are little totalitarian dictators in the making. Your voice, ideas will almost always be crushed. And yes every word of the NY times article on amazon is true and applies here as well. I have seen it myself pretty much every single day. The moment even something minor happens to you health-wise the Big Bosses of your group get ready to flush you drown the toilet bowl blessed by their HR stooges. The culture here is getting rotten from within everyday.
