      Pros

      Absolutely great mission to work for! Very motivating and directly impactful work. Also it’s a great environment being around animals if your an animal lover and a wonderful team!

      Cons

      Only con is I wish it paid more but also understandable with it being in the nonprofit world

      Pros

      I loved working at APA, I truly believe everyone on staff has the animals best interest at heart. In my experience, my supervisor was incredible. Listened, was understanding and always helpful.

      Cons

      As with any nonprofit work the pay isn't the best.
