Underlying issues made worse by current ambassador - DFAT LES Australian Embassy Employee Review

Unrealistic demands and poor upper management. Lack of understanding of job roles, workload and responsibilities. Overworked. Low moral - some employees carry multiple heavy loads while some at the same pay level and agency blow by with minimal work and responsibilities. No upward mobility. Ambassador is openly disrespectful and unprofessional. Demands are, resources are low - often feeling as though we are set up to fail.
