      Decent pay, good company events.

      Cons

      All talk and no action. Getting anything changed or anything new implemented is almost impossible. The ATC is very stuck in their ways. There are many staff members that should have been laid off years ago.

      Real positive change is being made from engagement surveys. Staff are great. Lots of social events.

      Cons

      Exec team can feel like they aren't working towards the same goals. Company is at the mercy of the regulator.

      - hard to get weekday shifts as they prioritise older staff - new starters can get lumped with the ‘bad’ jobs for a long time
