Cons
They could treat their current team members better. So many team members are suffering financially from low hours because they refuse to give more hours to their current BIs. They say that there aren't enough clients in the area when asking for another client, but then they are always trying to hire more BIs. Sometimes they make you work only 5-6 hours a week and that is not enough to survive off of. They continue to send more emails to try to get the current BI's to participate in a referral program. Like why continue to hire more people when you can help the current BI's that you already have and allow them to work the clients that are in need. The BI's are struggling very badly and they'd rather just hire more people than to support the people that they already have. The pay is horrible when you only work 3 days a week with one client who only has 3-4 hour sessions 3 days a week. ******Also, they bribe their current employees with gift cards to write the 5-star reviews, so do not believe those reviews, they were bribed. *******
