Pros

• Fully remote and diverse team from across the globe • Fixed weekends off • Fast-paced environment with something new almost every day. It never gets boring! • Amazing teammates who you can learn from • No daily meetings! Usually just 1 team meeting per week. Usual communication is done over chat or loom. • Great industry exposure through their wide range of clients in different niches • Performance-based incentives • Growth opportunities based on performance • Company-wide virtual events/activities

Cons

Independent contractor vs employee status. Although, not much of a con as you will be made aware of this fully before hiring. It's also the usual setup of most remote companies hiring internationally.

Pros

Autogrow.co is a great company to work for. They only retain the best employees because their client pool is constantly shifting due to the nature of the work. I was attracted to this company because they were able to build a great web app and develop systems that were easy to understand and follow.

Cons

There are no health benefits and paid leaves at Autogrow.co.

Pros

Working for AutoGrow was a great experience with a responsive team and committed leader. Matt knows what kind of business he wants and how to lead his team to develop processes that will create it. The weekly Skype / Zoom calls helped the team stay connected and on track with our projects. The consistency of working with fellow team members online throughout the day also is very nice for someone who wants to work from home while still socializing with coworkers. AutoGrow continues to grow and adapt to the needs of the clients, as many online companies do. While I worked there we had a wide range of clients in many different industries which was one of the things that I liked. My decision to leave the company came because of one of their changes in direction which made my position unnecessary. After leaving I continue to see them put out consistent well informed content each week. This consistency is very important in an online business and is an example of their credibility. It's pretty cool that Matt shares the revenue reports openly with the employees (and the world, on his blog) so that we could actually see that the company is growing. If given the opportunity I would have no problem working with the company again.

Cons

Though the distributed team was great to work with, I prefer working with remote teams that are all on the same (or closer to the same) time zone.
