Strong market fit and great colleagues, but unstable management - Marketing Manager AutoRABIT Employee Review

I was working in sales at AutoRabit for 2 years and recently resigned for personal reasons. It was a phenomenal place to work. The CEO's vision (Meredith Bell), turned the company around and trajectory continues to go up and up. Meredith took the time to create and foster relationships with many people at AutoRabit. He cares about his people and implementing a learning culture so AutoRabit can continue to delivering the best to its customers. I am lucky to have had the access that I did to him and appreciate all his guidance/support.

AutoRabit is in serious growth mode. This meant it was hard work. Sometimes we were pushed outside of our comfort zones but that was to grow us and deliver more value to customers. Lean culture and lean workforce. AutoRabit was not shy to let go of people not carrying their weight, but only the best folks remain / are being brought in.

Complex work satisfying to work through and resolve. Company culture for the most part

Department specific, but micromanagement. Unorganized, but with a lot of red tape. High performers are extremely over worked
