Work Culture in India offices varies from one team to another; Leadership doesn't have a long-term strategic vision on how to differentiate or Win; more worried about subscriptions/renewals of company software every quarter than retaining talent. Tries to copy Microsoft strategy globally- hires ex-Microsoft employees who only know to say YES to every jingle of leaders. People are stuck at the same level for decades doing the same job like as robot. No scope for career growth or advancement.
