      Pros

      The CEO is a visionary. The company is growing very rapidly right now and that means the focus is less on internal rules and politics, its more focused on get the work done. No micromanagement (on the Services team) Unlimited PTO

      Cons

      The company is in expansion mode so there can sometimes be long hours and lots of travel that comes with the work - because they are offering equity I personally don't mind it.

      Automation Anywhere is an amzing place to work. Agentic Automation is changing the way companies do business and out technology is driving the industry with leading edge innovation.

      Cons

      The pace at which Agentic Automation and the solutions around it change sometimes make it hard to keep up. This is a great challenge and an exciting time to be here.
