Product is strong and easy to use. Good investment in the company. Team is a mix of experience and keenness and there is a lot of learning together with a lot of people less than one year. There is a great variety in customer size and industry - you won’t get bored quickly.
Cons
Deal sizes are medium to small but since the value we offer is high and easy to prove close times are relatively short. The hype in the market can be seen as a bubble so some resistance from customers to make bigger investments in automation can be challenging. Whilst it’s a booming market area it’s quite competitive. Pace is startup mode so it’s not for the faint hearted - people coming from larger more established companies must come in with the right attitude.
