6yHi - I'm so sorry to hear the disappointment and hurt in this review. Based on your review, it's clear that you feel we have let you down, and for that I want to apologize. We can't comment on ongoing investigations, but will dispute that "nothing was done" about the concerns that have been raised through our hotline and survey mechanisms. Your petitions have been received and are being handled with care and with professionalism. We'll also note that we have fired people for being abusive -- we don't condone this behavior and part of the reason we rolled out our global hotline was to catch and fix any and all instances where behavior wasn't aligned with the values we share. We can't claim to be "one team" if any member of the team (regardless of rank) is allowed to abuse other members of the team. Also, for the record, we never ask for or write fake reviews.
