- generally kindhearted and smart coworkers - diverse workforce - good benefits in US - good work life balance - fun travel 1-2 times a year
Cons
- CEO is known for derailing projects at the last minute after months of work. - No executive strategy or clear roadmap. They proudly say “welcome to the chaos” on your first day. I’ve learned that it is not fun chaos. - Culture of fear. People are afraid to speak up about highly problematic things at the leadership level. - Bad compensation if you live in any coastal city in US and there is little room for growth.
