Pros
- Fixed salary is above industry average
Cons
- Overconfident management lacks real startup/entrepreneurial experience and how to build up an organization
- There is no "one team" culture despite being a small company (departments and offices act in silos and partly even against each other)
- Highly political environment and top-down decision making
- Lack of startup environment/spirit with future-proof skillsets as most people are stuck in the "oldschool" OEM world
- High turnover rates especially in the Munich office, unsurprisingly not so in Turin (Munich offers a lot of other attractive employers with good salaries)
- Lack of IT infrastructure to automize tasks/processes and take burden from employees (there is just one IT Admin person, no devops, no IT specialist and just a handful people whose knowledge centers around car-related IT topics, but not crucial organizational ones)
- No personal development plans, no personal development budget, no trainings, no proper feedback framework/processes
