- Yelling at people when you give feedback is normal - Women eg are treated in a very questionable way. But in fact in general the company has a problem with diversity and politeness - Employer disregards any standards towards handling diversity and respectful communication - Chaotic style, decisions are taken despite relevant information pointing into another direction - Very political environment - High turnover rates among employees - Fear driven culture - Agressiveness is a sign of „strength“
