Pros
The amount of opportunity to grow and learn both within and outside the role is phenomenal. Every day you come across so many unique challenges that your day to day is actually interesting...it doesn't feel like work at all, not even slightly. Absolute legends work here - it's a testament to the hiring policies in place. Team unity couldn't be stronger and that's in every department, globally. There is no ego, everyone is here to support each other and that comes from the top down. Time off whenever you need it - flexibility to work from home is always available but you really won't want too. The company has an unbelievable product and deals with so many interesting businesses and individuals. Everyone in the office actually cares, I came from a corporate background and this place is so far from that, it blows my mind at how progressive Autopilot is. I have made friends for life :)
