Company culture makes you really appreciate where you work. I definitely agree that is the "people" at AVB that make it great.

Nothing really... sometimes it is a bit of a struggle to wear so many hats.

Remote Very relaxed work environment with little pressure. Deadlines are flexible and usually get pushed back. Delays on projects are generally not a big deal, so the work-life balance is good.

Projects can be pretty boring and move very slowly. Not many strong engineers to learn from, and there isn’t much focus on technical growth. The company culture has declined quite a bit over the last few years. A lot of people have left recently, and overall it’s not as enjoyable a place to work as it used to be.
