      Great leaders for managers and great staff members. Has various different positions in different fields and has opportunities to grow through side gigs.

      Cons

      Depending on what position you are in, there will be limited career growth. Raises are 2%-5% and be prepared to be back to work immediately after holidays.

      Company culture makes you really appreciate where you work. I definitely agree that is the "people" at AVB that make it great.

      Cons

      Nothing really... sometimes it is a bit of a struggle to wear so many hats.
