      If you enjoy sales, this would be a decent starting role, but nothing to expect any long-term success in.

      Cons

      The residents can be brutal and quota expectations are at times unrealistic. It is rare for someone in this position to exceed two years of employment.

      Pros

      Company culture makes you really appreciate where you work. I definitely agree that is the "people" at AVB that make it great.

      Cons

      Nothing really... sometimes it is a bit of a struggle to wear so many hats.
