      Pros

      I love working here. The staff are very supportive of each other. Management is very supportive. I manage Environmental Services and Maintenance, and we are well supported by our Administrator, Nursing Staff, HR and Corporate support. My team is close knit and pleasant to work with.

      Cons

      Work load is challenging, but rewarding.
