      Rewarding, challenging, relational, and great first job experience for a recent graduate or future healthcare worker

      Cons

      Unable to help with staffing, low pay, mistreatment of workers in the form of overworking, underpaying, and leaving us over-exhausted so that top-notch care is near impossible. Variable pay with no basis of experience, degree level, or expertise.
