      Good co-workers. Wonderful residents. Always open shifts

      Cons

      Lack of management/professionalism Your overworked Not flexible. You can pick up shifts but if you need to switch shifts they won't let you even if that shift is open Lots of turn overs in management and staff Preference in staff
